STLRO e-PUBLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to your access of St. Ledger-Roty & Olson, LLP (STLRO) e-publications and is subject to periodic change.

Receipt of e-publications. If you receive an STLRO e-publication it is because you provided your e-mail address and/or other contact information to one of our attorneys or personnel and expressed interest in one of the specialized areas of the law addressed in the e-publication.

Notwithstanding the above, STLRO may collect e-mail information about persons who had the e-publication forwarded to them from a colleague or acquaintance.

STLRO does not ask you for nor do we collect other information that can identify you when you access one of our e-publications. You may choose to provide such additional information if you subsequently send us an e-mail or contact us via other electronic or non- electronic means asking us for information and/or that we contact you in general or about something in particular that you may have read. Any information you provide us will be used in a manner that is consistent with the STLRO website Privacy Policy solely for the requested purpose, unless you agree in advance to additional use(s). We will not share any personal information you provide us with third parties unless you authorize us to do so.

Tracking Technologies. STLRO’s e-newsletter software places a small image known as a “web beacon” at the end of each e-publication. This image may not always be visible. The web beacon collects limited information to enable us to determine the number of people who access an STLRO e-publication. This information may be collected when recipients click “Download Pictures” or “Display Images” to view images in the e-publication.

Depending on your e-mail service and/or settings you may refuse to accept a web beacon that is delivered via e-mail, including in the case of an STLRO e-publication, by disabling HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) e-mails via your e-mail software. Doing so may limit or affect your viewing experience.

Each STLRO e-publication contains an easy way for you to tell us that you no longer wish to receive a particular Update or Newsletter. Simply click on the Unsubscribe link at the very top of the Update or Newsletter and we will stop sending you future issues.
